Potentially Delayed Bills
Due to the recent wildfires, your electric bill from PG&E/SCP may be delayed. PG&E has placed a hold on bills for accounts that are in the fire zone or within a quarter mile of the fire zone. In addition, customers that are located outside the fire zone, but who do not have a SmartMeter may have their bills delayed due to lack of access or manpower to read the meter. Sonoma Clean Power is working with PG&E to ensure that customers are billed accurately and as efficiently as possible. Your patience is appreciated.
