We hope you’ll join us in helping to create a clean energy economy. SCP saves you money and helps the environment. But if you’d like to leave, you may do so quickly and easily.
Please note: Customers who opt out of Sonoma Clean Power (SCP) before or within the first 60 days after the start of service with SCP can return to SCP service at any time. Customers opting out of SCP service 60 days after SCP service starts will be subject to PG&E’s terms and conditions of service, including not having the option to return to SCP for one year.
To opt out, please follow these steps:
- Be sure you are eligible for service at this time. This means you have received an enrollment letter in the mail. If you haven’t yet received an enrollment notice, then we cannot process an opt out.
- Save a copy of your PG&E bill and have it with you. We will need information from the bill to process your opt out.
