SCP invites qualified California licensed C-10 Electrical Contractors to submit proposals to provide installation services for smart panels with modular plug-in battery backup systems and smart thermostats in multifamily affordable housing and small commercial projects in Sonoma and Mendocino County. Responses are due by 5:00 p.m. on May 7, 2026.
Businesses that are locally headquartered and/or owned by women, minorities, LGBTQ+, and disabled veterans are encouraged to participate.
