Can You Go a Week Without Driving?
From Sept 28–Oct 5, Sonoma County joins the national Week Without Driving challenge, inviting elected officials and residents to experience life without a car.
Organized by North Bay Transit Riders, and Bikeable Santa Rosa, the initiative highlights daily transportation barriers for nearly a third of locals who can’t drive due to age, disability, income, or choice. Participants are encouraged to walk, bike, use transit, or carpool—and discover the gaps in our system.
