Programs Operations Manager
As Programs Operations Manager at Sonoma Clean Power, Carolyn Glanton oversees program design and implementation to reduce emissions, increase reliability and reduce energy bills for customers. Carolyn focuses on developing and evaluating programs that serve low-income, underserved, and underrepresented customers. In addition, she forms partnerships and pursues funding for customer programs, including grants.
Carolyn has previously worked at the Sonoma County Regional Climate Protection Authority and Sonoma Water. She is passionate about the natural and built environment and has experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, climate action planning and resiliency.
Carolyn is a graduate of Sonoma State University where she completed a B.A. degree in Environmental Studies & Planning with an emphasis in Energy Management & Design.
