Director of Customer Service
Ms. Torgerson is the Director of Customer Service and acts as an advocate for SCP’s customers. She provides customer outreach and support during the enrollment process and manages SCP’s ongoing customer service. Ms. Torgerson brings over a decade of experience in the financial industry, including customer service, marketing, financial and collateral analysis, and banking compliance. Most recently, she worked for Poppy Bank in Santa Rosa. Ms. Torgerson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Loyola Marymount University and is scheduled to complete her Master’s in Finance in 2022 from Colorado State University – Global. Ms. Torgerson is a lifelong Sonoma County resident, sits on the Fund Development Committee for the Sonoma County Career Technical Education Foundation, and recently graduated Leadership Santa Rosa - Class 35 in 2020.
