Customer Service Representative
Kayle Chavez is a Customer Service Representative at Sonoma Clean Power. Her passion for renewable energy began during her time as a Climate Action Fellow for the City of Napa, where she worked with their Community Choice Aggregator (CCA), MCE. Inspired by the impactful work CCAs do to advance clean energy, Kayle knew she wanted to contribute to SCP’s mission of providing sustainable energy solutions to the community.
Kayle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Environmental Policy Analysis & Planning from UC Davis, along with Associate degrees in Psychology and Behavioral Science from the Santa Rosa Junior College. With over eight years of experience in customer service, she brings a strong commitment to helping and educating customers while promoting environmental sustainability. Kayle is eager to make a positive impact through her work and hopes to continue growing her career at SCP to better serve her community and expand her knowledge.
