Customer Service Representative
Keila Hernandez is a Customer Service Representative at Sonoma Clean Power. Born and raised in Guatemala, Keila has proudly called Sonoma County home for over 15 years. Throughout her life, she has been deeply committed to serving and supporting others.
Keila brings over a decade of experience in customer service to her role at SCP, with her most recent experience being in the banking sector as part of Redwood Credit Union’s call center and escalations team. Outside of work, Keila cherishes moments with family, enjoying picnics and watching the sunset together.
She is passionate about making a positive impact within the community and nurturing a better future for the next generation. One of Keila’s core beliefs is in the importance of giving back to the Earth that sustains us all, embodying the philosophy, “Earth loves you; love it back.”
