Customer Service Associate
Zac is a Customer Service Associate at the Sonoma Clean Power Customer Center. Born and raised in Santa Rosa, he attended Santa Rosa Junior College before transferring to the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he earned a B.S. in Environmental Studies. Although initially focused on Physics, Zac shifted to Environmental Studies in his senior year, blending his technical expertise with a passion for sustainability.
The combination of physics and environmental studies allows Zac to effectively answer customer inquiries regarding renewable technologies at the Customer Center, providing both technical insights and environmental perspectives. He aims to leverage this experience to pursue a master’s degree in Research and Development for renewable technologies, furthering his efforts to address the climate crisis.
