ecobee allows customers to sign-up for GridSavvy Rewards through their Community Energy Savings program. After signing-up through ecobee, the name and address associated with a thermostat is sent to Sonoma Clean Power (SCP). However, SCP is not always able to match the device with an active account. Additionally, devices that signed-up before March 9, 2023 are required to accept new terms and conditions.
After SCP successfully matches an account, and all other enrollment requirements are met, a $50 enrollment incentive will be sent to the account holder and a $5 per month bill credit will be added to the matched account.
In order to complete this process, please review the updated GridSavvy Rewards Participation Agreement and the applicable Terms & Conditions for the 2023 Energy Saving Event Season. Next, record your approval and provide your PG&E account number in the form below to enable SCP to process enrollment of your thermostat.
