Wind & Whale Celebration at the Point Arena Lighthouse is part of the Almost Fringe Festival (events in town & at the cove from 11 a.m. to 6 pm) ; Wind & Whale Celebration is open 10am-3:30pm; Whale experts Scott & Tree Mercer are available and Berkeley Kite Wranglers fly their kites for the entire event (or when wind is right!).
