Rebate Application

Apply for Energy-Efficient Appliance Rebates

Sonoma Clean Power offers rebates to residential and commercial customers in Sonoma and Mendocino Counties who are enhancing their energy efficiency by purchasing and installing energy-efficient appliances and equipment.

To apply for your rebate, simply complete the form below with the required details. This will help us process your application and confirm that you meet all eligibility criteria.

Eligibility & Rules

  • Program rules, rebates, and eligibility may change at any time.
  • The Installation address must be an SCP account.
  • Rebate applications must be submitted no more than 90 days after project completion. For most projects, this will be the date listed on your finalized permit.
  • For induction installations that do not require a permit, if the purchase was made over 90 days before submitting your application, additional documents such as an installation invoice will be required.
  • SCP rebates are not to exceed the total project cost when combined with other rebates.
  • Heat pumps systems paired with a gas heating element are ineligible for rebates.
  • Customers are eligible for one rebate per appliance type per account number.
  • New construction is not eligible, with the exception of fire rebuilds.
  • To receive free induction cookware, customers should contact our Customer Center to arrange pickup after the rebate has been approved. Customers have 14 days to collect their cookware.
  • Customers may opt to allocate $25 of their rebate to a Community Partner of their choice. Personal information won't be shared with the Community Partner unless requested. Please note, donations are not tax-deductible.
  • When you apply for a rebate, you’ll automatically join GridSavvy Rewards and receive alerts during times of high electricity demand, allowing you to earn rewards by reducing your energy use during those times.
