Customer Care Specialist
As Customer Care Specialist, Danielle Baker has a wide range of responsibilities including, but not limited to: networking with new communities and neighborhoods to heighten awareness of SCP, meeting with local government agencies, stakeholders and businesses to discuss SCP services, organizing and presiding at informational public workshops and other events to increase the reach of SCP’s communication and marketing efforts, assisting in the development of SCP marketing materials, and working directly with ratepayers on service and billing issues.
Danielle comes from a background working for local government agencies such as the City of Rohnert Park and the Sonoma County Water Agency. Danielle holds a B.A. degree in Environmental Studies & Planning with an emphasis in Water Resources Management from Sonoma State University and is completing her Master’s degree in Water Resource Management from Fresno State University. She also holds several water related certifications and is certified as a LEED Green Associate.
