Building Initiative for Low-Emissions Development (BUILD)
Technical assistance and incentives for new all-electric, low-income residential buildings that reduce greenhouse gas emissions compared to mixed-fuel homes.

California Energy-Smart Homes Program
Incentives for all-electric and electric-ready new construction of single-family homes, duplexes, and low-rise multifamily buildings.

California Multi-Family New Homes Program
Incentives and technical assistance for multifamily developers, energy consultants, home energy raters and design teams to help them exceed California Energy Efficiency Standards (Title 24) building code.
Eligibility: New multifamily projects in PG&E service territory, including Sonoma Clean Power customers. Available in Mendocino County. Cannot be layered with the Bay Area Multifamily Building Enhancement Program. Learn more
Bay Area Multifamily Building Enhancements (BAMBE)
Receive incentives up to $750 per unit for upgrades in multifamily buildings that save 15% of total energy usage. Get bonus incentives for key electrification measures, such as heat pumps and induction cooking. Zero percent financing is also available.
Eligibility: Existing multifamily buildings in the Bay Area Regional Energy Network (BayREN) territory, including Sonoma County. Not available to Mendocino County properties. Must be property owner to participate. Other program requirements apply.

BayREN Home+
Get rebates for heat pump water heaters, heat pumps for heating and cooling, induction cooking, insulation, air sealing, and more. Additionally, free consultations are available through Home Energy Advisors.

Energy Savings Assistance Program
A no-cost program offered by PG&E, which provides lower-income residents with free home assessments and installation of energy-saving measures, such as insulation, water heater replacement, and LED lights.

TECH Clean California
Incentives for heat pump water heaters, heat pump heating and cooling, and more.

Agriculture Energy Savings Action Plan (AESAP)
Cash incentives and zero-interest loans for energy-saving projects involving the installation of new, high-efficiency equipment or systems. For farming, cultivation, winery, brewery or distillery facilities.
