Customer Care Specialist
As a Customer Care Specialist, Karen Flores works directly with ratepayers to improve awareness of SCP and resolve service and billing issues. Local to Sonoma County, Karen is bilingual and hopes to use her position to educate and advocate for all members of our community.
Karen brings over 10 years of customer service experience, including as a Manager for HopMonk Tavern Novato and as a Recruiter finding jobs for Sonoma County residents. Karen is a graduate of Sonoma State University where she completed a B.A. in Spanish with an emphasis in Linguistics. After graduation, Karen moved to Spain for a year where she taught English at an elementary school.
