Call Center Supervisor
As a Call Center Supervisor at Sonoma Clean Power, Brenda D’Arrigo supports the daily operations of SCP’s in-house Call Center by overseeing Customer Service Representatives, providing coaching and guidance, and ensuring service standards are met. She assists with scheduling, training, quality assurance, and performance support, and helps manage escalated customer issues with professionalism and care. Brenda also collaborates with leadership to improve workflows, reinforce SCP’s values, and support a positive, customer-focused team environment.
She brings experience in customer service, property management, and residential construction support. She began her career in 2014 in Santa Rosa working for a third-party answering service, where she was first introduced to Community Choice Aggregators (CCAs). This early exposure shaped her understanding of environmental stewardship and demonstrated that renewable energy can be both affordable and accessible. Learning about Sonoma Clean Power’s commitment to community reinvestment reinforced her interest in helping others and spread awareness.
Brenda later managed a portfolio of 45 residential and commercial properties for multiple owners, overseeing day-to-day operations, vendor coordination, and team support. She also worked as a Customer Care Representative handling warranty services for new construction at Landsea Homes, where she tracked construction-related issues, supported new home orientation walkthroughs, scheduled trade partners, and provided support to the superintendent as needed prior to project completion. Today, Brenda is proud to support Sonoma Clean Power directly, where she sees the organization’s values reflected in the team and the work being done each day.
